Cartas Blogatorias Update

Readers, I wanted to call two recent posts from Cartas Blogatorias to your attention.

First, Javier Ochoa has recommended the new website of the International Academy of Comparative Law. This is a very attractive and useful site, so I join Javier in his recommendation.

Second, Luciane Klein Vieira and Renata Alvares Gaspar have an interesting post on Brazil’s new code of civil procedure. The new law seems to liberalize some aspects of Brazilian practice regarding judicial assistance, so it will be of interest to Letters Blogatory readers.
