Symposium!

Please visit Letters Blogatory tomorrow for what I hope will be an interesting symposium on the intersection between forum non conveniens and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. This is obviously a hot-button issue in light of the Chevron/Ecuador case, and several of the participants will touch on that case in the course of their remarks. We have a great line-up planned, including Chris Whytock, Cassandra Burke Robertson, Ronald Brand, and Doug Cassel. The posts should all be published sometime during the morning tomorrow, and I hope you will participate in the discussion in the comments! I will be using the hashtag #blogatory for Tweets regarding the symposium.
