Irish Radio Interviews On The Belfast Project Case

[box type=”alert”]Update: The recording of the interview is apparently no longer available on the RTÉ website. Sorry![/box]

My interview with Fran McNulty of RTÉ Radio 1 on the Belfast Project case is now available. The interview begins at 21:15 in the clip. It’s preceded by an interview with Prof. Mary Daly of University College, Dublin (13:51) and followed by an interview with Eamon Dornan, the lawyer for Ed Moloney and Anthony McIntyre (at 24:05), and Alan Shatter, the Irish government’s Minister of Justice and Equality (29:45). The Daly and Shatter interviews focus on whether the papers of the Independent International Commission on Decommissioning ought to have been sent to BC, and having been sent here, whether they are susceptible to a subpoena.
