I haven’t heard much from Brazil recently—I wonder what’s going on down there? Well, eagle-eyed reader Larissa Clare Pochmann da Silva reports that Brazil has issued its first apostille. Larissa tells me that the first apostille was issued on August 15 in São Paulo. I suppose not much business is being transacted in Rio de Janeiro.
