Event Announcement: Kennedy School Event on the Chevron Case

I’ve just learned of an event to be held tomorrow at the Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. Titled The Chevron Case in Ecuador: Maria Aguinda’s Fight to Bring a Major Corporation to Justice, the event features Andres Snaider of Nextant LLC and Chris Jochnick of Oxfam America. The event will be held tomorrow, April 24, from 4 to 6 pm, at Rubenstein 219 at the Kennedy School in Cambridge.

It’s not clear to me what kind of event this is, and in particular whether it’s a scholarly discussion, an advocacy event, or what. I am out of town and cannot make the event, but if there are any intrepid readers out there who can attend and who would like to summarize the meeting, I’ll be happy to publish a summary in this space! Let me know.
