Save The Date! July 18 Update on Developments in ATS Litigation


The Harvard Law School Alumni International Law Interest Group, of which I am co-chair (with Jennifer Cabrera of Cabrera Cammarota LLC), is hosting a discussion on current developments in ATS litigation. Our speakers will be Tyler Giannini, clinical professor of law at Harvard Law School and clinical director of the Human Rights Program at HLS, and Susan Farbstein, assistant clinical professor of law at HLS and also a clinical director of the Human Rights Program.
