You may have noticed that I have recently published a few guest posts from foreign lawyers and law students covering international judicial assistance developments in their countries. These guests posts got me thinking about the possibilities for a full-fledged Letters Blogatory International Judicial Assistance Reporters Brigade. I’m looking for correspondents in countries around the world to keep Letters Blogatory’s readers up-to-date on important developments in the law of international judicial assistance outside the United States.

What Would You Have To Do?

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, would simply be to keep an eye out for interesting international judicial cases in your jurisdiction and to write brief posts about those cases. If no interesting cases come up, no problem! I’d only ask you to write when you came across something you think worth writing about.
