Breaking News: Second Circuit Vacates Chevron Preliminary Injunction
On Monday, the Second Circuit vacated Judge Kaplan’s preliminary injunction enjoining the Lago Agrio plaintiffs from seeking recognition and enforcement of the Ecuadoran court’s judgment against Chevron.
