One has to see similarities between that and recent public statements by Supreme Court justices Barrett and Alito. Hardly the way to inspire public confidence in the judiciary. For his part, Donziger is no better. He is, as you pointed out in understatement, an incorrigible “bomb thrower” grossly exaggerating the facts, flamboyantly self-promoting, and shamelessly doing everything he can to help his friends and sympathizers raise money.
