					<description><![CDATA[I have nothing to add on substance, but I just note a fun fact.  The judge here is KBJ, but given she’s been on CADC since mid June, she’s now sitting by designation.  I guess that was easier to do than reassign the case to another judge?  It makes sense to me because she’d be recused either way, so might as well see it through.]]></description>
