At least from a US perspective, if you look at the postal laws and the way we legalized businesses such as Fedex despite the postal monopoly, there&#039;s a reasonable argument to be made. Email, at least in its modern form (not government-provided &quot;e-post,&quot; or even a service meant to supplement or replace &quot;e-post,&quot; but rather, purely private, commercial services) is more of a challenge. But one way or another, the law needs to keep up with the way that people handle their important communications.]]></description>
