What can I say besides Mazal-Tov. You have earned your wings my dear friend. You have done in essence more than just have a blog. You have “educated” so does speak many lawyers whom, without your expertise and thought provoking questions you write, would otherwise be, null and void on several aspects of International Law. And certainly, to those of us who have practice that area or the law, you have kept us “alive” and up to date . For that, I thank you and, like everything you have done since I have known you, it will be a home run . Please by all means count with me in anything that you may do, in Mexico, California or elsewhere.
