Thanks, Tom! I suppose it&#039;s not really necessary to consider UK procedural law insofar as US procedural law permits service by mail. But that said, Rule 6.9 would appear to apply. One note of caution that applies to service by mail whether we are talking about US procedural law or UK procedural law&#8212;there will be an issue about whether such service is consistent with the inviolability of the embassy, if the Ecuadorans are not inclined to permit the service.]]></description>
