By the way, the Landstar case keeps popping up in cases involving LR to enforce judgments abroad. In a case I am involved with, a California Judge asked counsel for plaintiff to brief him on why Landstar is not relevant, and what gives the Judge authority to issue a LR to enforce his judgment in México.
