					<description><![CDATA[Ted, by way of clarification/affirmation: I agree that your suggestion is not the same as the situation I had objected to.  I would go farther, and say the two have almost nothing in common.  One says the right to privacy should not be absolute, regardless of competing values. The other says privacy shouldn&#039;t exist. I think there&#039;s a world of difference between those two propositions.

And for what it&#039;s worth - I agree entirely with your suggestions for law blogging best practices!
