Well, this is better than your last comment, though it doesn&#039;t really have to do with the issues in the case that I was writing about. Whether the debt was odious debt has nothing to do with what sort of discovery should be available to the judgment creditor&#8212;or, for that matter, with whether Judge Griesa&#039;s injunction was proper.]]></description>
