Chris, the government filed a supplemental brief on the 6th, but the court has made no orders as far as is can see. I will post the June 6 brief tonight.

This was a June 4 hearing, and the judge “gave the government one week to consult with Washington on these documents.” I don’t see any sign that there was a new hearing a week later — do you have any idea what happened after this week of consultation?
