He is an evil man who has hurt numerous young girls. I understand that you are family to Cain, but the damage he has caused will live with these girls and their family members for the rest of their lives. The damage that was caused to these young girls will live with them far after the years of sexual abuse actually occured. An apology has never been given because he is too disturbed to acknowledge his harmful and vicious actions.

And yes, it was reported to the authorities who found ‘insufficient evidence’. When confronted his comment was, ‘I was afraid this something like this would come out.” Nuff said.

My daughter was assaulted by this jerk in 1996 when he lived in Carrollton. I was informed by his ex-wife he was still in prison in the UK, and was not informed he had been remanded to the US. His ‘sorrow’ falls on deaf + ears. 2030 is on my calender.

It is a matter of public record that the Court of Appeal Judge in UK found that the sentence had been miscalculated wrongly by four months and that there was too much similarity in some of the evidence for it to be entirely credible.

At no point has the word SORRY ever been published. It is a glaring omission that there seems to not be a mechanism in place for the Offender to make a public apology to the Victims. If you want to do something radical and brave with your forum then publish this from his family.
