					<description><![CDATA[Can use some help to litigate my claim now pending in the U.S. District Court 11th District Miami, Fl.  Case # 12cv20911  WEISS V CUBA, ET AL
PRO SE...FOR FALSE IMPRSONMENT AND TORTURE (1959)  I was awarded a settlement from the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission on ASSETS of my corporation.  This was cut in half , as my wife was a Cuban National and part owner of said corporation.  No criminal award was granted.  My attorney failed to appeal as he had promised.. Ten affidavits , one from a member of the U.S. Embassy 
also on record..I may have Jurisdiction problem..No legal help here is available without money.   I am a WW2 Veteran Service connected Disability...93 yrs young.  Is there any remedy for this tort ?  Bernardo]]></description>
