Well, I am still working to determine the cause (actually, a knowledgeable friend is working to determine the cause), but the main thing is that it now seems that just about everything is back in good working order. Close call!

Thanks, Anthony! Things seem to be coming back to life. Given the amount of time and labor I have put into this site in the last 18 months, the last day has felt pretty harrowing, but on the other hand, no permanent harm seems to have been done.

I am looking forward to the First Circuit hearing in a few weeks and to finding out what you and Ed Moloney plan to do next—petition for rehearing en banc? Petition for a writ of certiorari? Your case has been very interesting to follow, though perhaps when I make that point, you feel like the patient sitting in bed while the surgeon tells his residents how interesting your tumor is!
