To be honest, I don&#039;t recall learning about letters rogatory before moving to Taiwan, twelve years ago, or perhaps it was mentioned in my Civ Pro class but I didn&#039;t pay sufficient attention because it seemed so complex and obscure.  But living overseas, representing global companies in international litigation, the subject comes up all the time.  And it&#039;s not obscure at all, but very real, relevant and critical.  However, it IS complex and even the diplomatic officers often appear confused by the process, so your blog provides an extremely valuable and important service.  Thanks a lot.
