Budgeted for with public funds, more complete than minutes, easier to read through than watching video, the stenographic machine in the Council Chamber stores a computer file of the full transcript, the Councilors’ words spoken in the public meeting for public feedback, comment, suggestions, questions and makes it more accessible for folks with hearing loss.
